Info Sessions on OCF's new grants programs in the arts!
We will be highlighting our two newest arts initiatives: Studio to School, an initiative to improve arts education opportunities across the state; and Creative Heights, for the creation and dissemination of innovative works of arts and culture.
Several informational meetings will be held across the state, and although not mandatory, attendance is strongly encouraged. Follow-up webinars will also be offered this fall. More Information on the initiatives and the request for proposals can be found at www.oregoncf.org/education-and-arts-initiatives.

The arts can be seen as a reflection of their society, rather than driven by their society. This is a major reason why we study the history of the arts. It's an excellent way to understand the time period, by seeing what the artists were expressing.
