Portland Project Decks
Art In Hand, an art project featuring 54 local artists has created a deck of playing cards. Original artwork for making of the cards is being auctioned off online with proceeds going to local non -profits. Thanks to artist, Michelle Colbert, Oregon Art Education Association will benefit from Michelle' s art work for the 2 of hearts.
